www.euromillions.co.uk is a Europe Wide lottery played in nine participating European countries. After much collusion between all countries the lottery was launched in 2003.
It’s become a huge event right across all the participating countries and draws are held once weekly at 10pm on a Friday night in Paris with tickets costing £1.50 each in the UK €2 in Europe.
PLAY NOW
To play the Euromillions Lottery you must choose five main numbers between 1 and 50 and two lucky star numbers between 1 and 9. To win the Euromillions jackpot you must match all five main numbers and the two lucky stars to the numbers drawn in the Euromillions draw on a Friday evening. Odds of this are 1 in 76 million making it one of the hardest lotteries in the world to win.
Overall odds of winning a prize are a little better though at one in 24 and this is because the Euromillions Lottery offer lots of smaller prizes for players who don’t match all of the numbers, here is the prize structure for the lottery.
Match 5 and 2 lucky stars to win the jackpot
Match five and 1 lucky star
Match 5 and no lucky stars
Match 4 and 2 lucky stars
Match 4 and 1 lucky star
Match 4 and no lucky stars
Match 3 and 2 lucky stars
Match 3 and 1 lucky star
Match 3 and no lucky stars
Match 2 and 2 lucky stars
Match 2 and 1 lucky star
Match 1 and 2 lucky stars
And that’s what makes the Euromillions such a great bet, because even if you cannot hit that top division jackpot there are lots of smaller prizes available.

The Euromillions is the first lotto in the world to span more than one country, played by thirteen European countries it’s one of the biggest lotteries in the world, creating some bumper jackpots.
The rules are simple, the odds are high. Match five numbers plus two lucky star numbers and win the jackpot. Sounds easy doesn’t it? Well it isn’t so and this causes some bumper jackpots.
PLAY NOW
The five numbers must be chosen from numbers between 1 and 50, the two lucky stars from 1 and 9. There are lots of smaller division prizes too but the jackpot is the big one and has been known to climb as high as £300 million!
Draws are held once weekly in Paris every Friday evening and players from all across Europe purchase tickets at €2 each in the hope of getting lucky. Ticket prices are set at €2 for the whole of Europe and at £1.50 in the UK, the only non Euro country to participate.
The biggest Euromillions win was scooped by one Dolores McNamara from Ireland who scooped over €300 million in 2005 to become not only the biggest ever Euromillions winner but also the person to take home the biggest win to go to a single ticket holder.
The lottery really is big business with Camelot-the organisers of the UK lotto- running operations from within the UK.

The Euromillions is a Europe-wide lottery with huge jackpots, draws are held weekly every Friday evening in Paris and it differs to many lotteries in the way it’s played.
For Lotto CLICK HERE
The Euromillions ticket has four sets of numbered boxes called board. Each board is split into two sections, a main board to the left and the lucky stars part to the right. To play you must choose five numbers on the left hand board between one and fifty then choose two lucky stars numbers between one and nine on the lucky stars board.
Tickets cost £1.50 or €2 each depending on which country you purchase your ticket in and like our own National Lottery you can also choose the lucky dip option where the terminal chooses your numbers for you at random.
There are twelve different ways to win the Euromillions lottery. Secure the jackpot by matching all five main numbers and two lucky stars or win the second prize by matching five main numbers and one lucky star. There are also prizes for five main numbers, four numbers and so forth all the way down to a small prize for matching one main number and two lucky stars or two main numbers and one lucky star.
While many of the smaller prizes give quite good returns the sheer possibilities of numbers makes the Euromillions lottery one of the most difficult in Europe to win. Odds of winning the jackpot stand at around one in seventy-three million which means the lottery has regular rollovers and superdraws with jackpots as high as £100 million!

Euro Millions lottery winner!
Euro millions lottery is Europe’s biggest ever rolling jackpot game, so you will want to get in with this one because the estimate is around £70 million pounds! So go on and get you ticket, trust the winners its worth it.
Tracey Foster won over £2 million pounds with the lottery and this is how she explained how she won and how she felt when she did win, Tracey explained: "I was at home on the phone to my friend while checking the Lotto numbers on the internet when I realized I had matched five numbers. A little in shock, I told my friend I would call her back later. I double-checked my numbers through the results checker and it came back saying I had matched six numbers and had hit the jackpot. I was more than shocked!"
"I called my friend back and dashed round to her house in my dressing gown. I then called my mum who was staying with my aunts. None of them believed me. Up until this point I didn’t realize how much I had actually won. My aunt checked on the internet and told me I had won over £2.5 million. I was gob smacked and still am! A few weeks ago I jokingly said to my Mum I was going to win the lottery, but didn’t think it would actually come true."
So dreams can come true with the lottery and Tracey defiantly thinks so good luck to her and to you because you never know you could be the next multi millionaire.

The Euromillions works differently to our own National Lottery where you simply choose 6 numbers so here is a guide on how to play.
The Euromillions.co.uk ticket has four sets of numbered boxes, called boards. Each board is split into two sections, a main board on the left and your ‘lucky stars’ numbers to the right.
The price for each board is £1.50. On each board you must select 5 numbers on the left hand main board, the numbers run from 1-50 and then choose two lucky start numbers to the right of the board.
Alternatively like our own National Lottery you may just select the lucky dip Lotto option and the terminal will choose random numbers for you. There are 12 different ways to win the Euromillions lottery.
To win the jackpot you must match all five main numbers plus your two lucky stars numbers, second prize is five main numbers and one lucky star numbers, third is five main numbers and no lucky stars.
There are however some great ways of winning smaller prizes by matching 1 main number and 2 lucky stars, or 2 main numbers and 1 lucky star, or just match 3 main numbers without your lucky stars. The possibilities are endless with the smaller prizes and many of them give a much better return that our own National Lottery.
I’m a fairly new player to www.Euromillions.co.uk and have been very lucky with smaller prizes.

The EuroMillions is one of the largest lotteries anywhere in the world today. Scrapping the usual convention of ‘national lotteries’ (whereby the jackpots are pooled from stakes made only within that country), the euromillions.co.uk takes a far broader approach.
With nine countries in total contributing to the jackpots, it’s no wonder the euromillions.co.uk can attest to having the largest jackpots in the world. Participating countries include the United Kingdom, France, Switzerland, Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Belgium, Austria and Luxembourg, which results in the sales of more than 200-million www.euromillions.co.uk ticket sales every week!
This completely original lottery kicked off in Feburary 2004 and has played out every Friday evening since. A favoured pastime amongst citizens of the countries involved, research has shown that UK lottery players were the biggest group of enthusiasts, with over 70% of the adult population participating in at least one EuroMillions a month!
This event is enormous, and with an accumulative jackpot, it’s no surprise that the prize total can hit over £50-million on a regular basis – with any un-won jackpots rolling over to the following week for the next lucky winner to snap it up.
Although an average of three people usually share in the 1st prize winnings, there have still been some massive winners, with the highest individual prize received reaching £77-million.
Last week’s jackpot dropped jaws at a staggering £32,235,833, but is still nothing when compared to this Friday’s colossal £44-million payout!

The Euromillions is my personal favourite of all the lottery draws available to play, mainly due to the huge jackpots and the chances of winning a smaller prize.
It’s a European lottery launched by the Francaise des Jeux in France, the Loterias y Apuestas del Estado in Spain and the well know Camelot in the United Kingdom. Launch date was Saturday February 7th 20045 and the first draw took place on Friday 13th February 2004, all draws are held on a Friday in Paris.
Originally only France, Spain and the UK were involved but now lotteries from Austria, Belguim, Ireland, Luxembourg, Portugal and Switzerland have joined, making it one of the biggest lotteries in the world.
Draws are held in Paris every Friday evening and tickets cost €2.00 per line played, set at £1.50 for the UK since the draw started. You choose four numbers and two lucky star numbers and prizes are awarded according to how many numbers from each side you match, from 2 numbers and 1 lucky star or 1 number and 2 lucky stars, up to the main jackpot of matching all numbers and all the lucky star numbers. The odds of winning any prize are pretty good at 1 in 24 and there have been some massive millionaires created since its launch.

With so many UK National lottery players each week, it is hard to pick a specific winner’s story to share. Every week, the national lottery makes everyday people’s dreams come true, next week it could be you! If bingo is for you try www.foxybingo.com

You could be just like Arthur and Jackie from Erith in Bexley who scooped the national lottery on the 27th of February and netted themselves the kingly sum of £2,964,163!
Arthur and Jackie’s luck on the national lottery came at exactly the right time for the couple who are currently preparing to become grandparents for the very first time! They are making plans already for what they will use their national lottery winnings on, one such thing being a trip for the entire family to Disney world in Florida in the summer.
This is a true story of national lottery fate as Arthur, who usually buys their ticket, almost missed out on getting their ticket this week due to almost forgetting to stop off to pick up the national lottery entry for the week!
So, it comes as no surprise that when they checked the paper the following morning for the national lottery numbers, that they were all the more ecstatic to find their winning combination!
Every week the national lottery is creating winners just like Arthur and Jackie, so why not stop off your way home from work this week and pick up your national lottery ticket. You’ve got to be in it to win it! www.foxybingo.com
